In a recent Acorn, several readers negated the Black Lives Matters Marxist roots and mission.

Justice demands the truth. In a 2015 interview, Patrisse Cullors, one of three Black Lives Matter founders, stated “Myself and Alicia Garza (another founder) are trained organizers. We are trained Marxists.”

 Their platform on their Black Lives Matter website states they seek to: Abolish the Judeo-Christian concept of the traditional nuclear family, the basic social unit in America;

Abolish the police and dismantle the prison system;

Mainstream transgenderism and delegitimize so-called heteronormativity (the belief that heterosexuality is the norm);

Abolish capitalism (a free economy) and replace it with communism (a government-controlled economy); and

Abolish private property rights.

If this is not Marxism/Communism, I don’t know what is.
