Progressive Mantra (Duke, College Campus, Rape Culture)

As Martin Niemöller so eloquently and accurately observed, reportedly back in 1946:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— 
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— 
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

In other words, the Baltimore cops and Duke lacrosse players are just the tip of the Progressive iceberg (Greenburg, Goldberg, Iceberg, what’s the difference?!?  ;-)):

            ask not for whom the bell tolls; sooner or later, it tolls for thee!
